In this up close and personal episode, your favorite weed nerds discuss:
- How cannabis can support personal growth after a relationship ends
- The difference between cannabis and alcohol when it comes to handling a breakup
- Whether or not cannabis and hemp can help you process heartache more quickly

Dear Corrine,
I am going through a divorce this past year after a 36 year marriage. I was heavily ingesting cannabis products prior to getting the courage to leave my alcoholic partner of a lifetime. My anxiety was causing me somatic symptoms like racing heart rate chest pain and severe stomach pain with a bleed that has lasted a decade.I steered away from the sativa dominant strains which aggravated the anxiety. I bought your wake and bake book online sometime ago and was making infused oils, tinctures gummies and used these daily besides vaping. I started to realize benefits of CBD and ingest that daily too. Your right about cannabis encourages more reflection and working through your emotions than using alcohol. Thanks,Nancy
