If you would have told me a decade ago that I would be guiding people on a 90 day program where they would use cannabis to reduce or eliminate chronic pain and lose weight, I would have thought you were insane.
Back then, I spent days in the prison of my giant bed, crying for hours on end and binge watching TV before that was even a thing. The pain I experienced was the physical equivalent of nails on a chalkboard and the stress, fear and emotional rollercoaster that came with it were equally paralyzing.
Back then, when I was a binge-drinking, pill-popping, Olive-Garden-dwelling, stressed out, pain-riddled person, I truly believed that my issues were 1. genetic and 2. permanent.
Consume the Cannabis. Crush the Pain. Lose the Weight. Live Again.
Thankfully, neither of those things were true. My path wasn’t straight or narrow, but over the course of several years, I went from being unmotivated, virtually immobile, and 60 lbs overweight, to this lady…
I didn’t have cancer or epilepsy. I didn’t have glaucoma. I thought I was a regular person going through regular problems and that my body was just born dysfunctional, that I was predisposed to being fat, sad and hurt.
And because I grew up during prohibition, I had no idea cannabis could help me become the person I wanted to become – a more joyful and free woman who didn’t feel crippled by degenerative disc disease, herniated discs, scoliosis, ADD and depression.
When doctors told me I wouldn’t be able to walk at 30, I believed them. So on those mornings when I get up and hike, or do yoga, or work on the farm, I sometimes have a hard time remembering the person I was 10 years ago- the dyed black hair, a big drinking problem and a deep sense that I was broken.
But that was me. That was what my life was like. That’s part of my history and it’s why I am who I am today.
And I’ll be totally honest. For me, the path to a vibrant healthy life wasn’t always fun or easy. It was confusing, scary and sometimes lonely. It certainly wasn’t as quick as I wanted it to be.
I didn’t know how to make habits stick, even when they gave me results that I loved.
I switched from diet to diet every time I heard a new argument like: “No… it’s really paleo that’s good for you… No. it’s really keto that will fix all of your problems. No… vegan diets are better for both you and the planet… Actually. Fuck it. Why don’t I just go eat some bacon wrapped cashews on top of a half gallon of coconut ice cream? That’s got to be something…”
And because I struggled so many times throughout the process of losing weight and keeping it off and because the pain sometimes felt like it would never go away, I know what it takes to make it to the other side. I know how to be flexible and recalibrate when something isn’t working. I know how to avoid some of the dark and dirty pitfalls on the path to health and pain-free living.
I feel incredibly lucky that I get to live a life that is vibrant and unique, pill-free and virtually pain-free.
And after I made it to the other side, I instantly knew I wanted to help anyone who was stuck. I decided to commit to helping others overcome this and became a Health Coach and a Holistic Medical Cannabis Practitioner so I could cut through some of the BS and save people time.
Through those certification programs, I learned how to skillfully guide and support anyone who doesn’t want to do it alone anymore.

Pain + Weight Gain
The Cannabliss Wellness Total Transformation Program is a 90 day one-on-one program (which means we get to chat LIVE every week) that is designed to reduce pain (or eliminate it completely) and accelerate weight loss. I work with clients who deal with things from chronic pain to fibromyalgia to MS and most of my clients also want to lose anywhere from 10-70lbs.
I started to see early on that chronic pain and weight gain were closely related, so I did a lot of research to untangle which came first… the chicken or the egg?

Next, I’ll show you how to figure out which foods give you energy and which foods rob you of it. You’ll leave the program being skilled at choosing foods that accelerate fat loss and ramp up your energy. No diet needed.
Then, we’ll work together to turn those habits into behaviors that last. We all slip, but there’s no reason for you to backslide ever again. I’ve learned some tricks along the way that will help you maintain your weight loss and reduced (or eliminated!) pain levels.
What you won’t get
There’s a lot that the program does NOT include. In the CWTT, there are no strict diets. No pressure to hit the gym. No deprivation. No quick fixes. No empty promises. While it will change your life, it’s not another yo-yo diet or quick fix remedy. This program is sustainable and the results are lasting.
