Raw cannabis will not get you high, however much of it you put in a recipe. Heat converts THCA into THC, and that conversion is decarboxylation. It wants a low temperature over a long time. Too hot burns off the thing you are trying to keep. Not hot enough leaves most of it inactive. This is the step that comes before everything else on this site.
