What do you call an enchanted story about green smoothies?
A fairy kale.
How was the green smoothie invented?
Chuck Norris needed information from spinach.
What do these green smoothie jokes and the IRS have in common?
They’re taxing.
Look—I get it. Green smoothies get a bad rap. They’re often written off as stupidly healthy and equated with uptight ladies in tight yoga pants. But if you want to up your greens intake (without eating more greens) and hydrate like a legend, green smoothies are an easy way to glow up. This one’s packed with all my favorite health boosters—spirulina, maca, greens powder—but feel free to keep it simple. Just toss together greens, fruit, your favorite cannabis infusion, and liquid. Then go green.

How to Customize Your Smoothie Experience
The best thing about smoothies is how customizable they are. Not feeling spirulina today? Skip it or swap it for more greens powder. Want a sweeter drink? Add a bit more infused honey or a splash of maple syrup.
Cannabis infusion options? So many choices:
- Infused honey: Brings sweetness plus mellow effects, perfect for new users or those who like a gentle buzz.
- Infused MCT oil: For a quick, clear-headed uplift that’s great if you need focus without fog.
- Infused avocado oil: Smooth and rich, adding healthy fats to help your body absorb cannabinoids better.
Remember, with anything cannabis-infused, dosing matters. Start low and go slow. Everyone’s body reacts differently, so tune into how you feel, sip mindfully, and adjust your next smoothie accordingly.
